Where can I track my order?

Once we’ve packed and handed over your order to our courier PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number (starting with 3S). You will then be able to track your order at https://www.postnl.nl/ontvangen/post-ontvangen/track-en-trace/.

When will I get my order?

We work with a pre-order system, which means we collect orders every Friday from 12:00 pm till Tuesday 08:00 am (or until we sell out).
